Processing request from the client and send commercial offers is a big long strory. You call the customer, you analyze a lot of price lists in search of great deals from suppliers, make a document, sign it, scan and then send to the client.
Even the enumeration of all actions takes a lot of time, not to mention committing them:) And you know, while you are doing all this work, the client is already looking at offers from competitors.
Step 1. The price-list preparation
Before you submit the offer, you must review the many price lists and specify the price of the item in the document. Doing it manually is long and tedious – searching for a commodity at different prices is the time that we can spend more productively. To facilitate the work we recommend to make a table that will have the entire list of goods – this should be one template excel file with prices for goods.
